Ouray School District R-1

We're PATT: Parents and Teachers Together.

A volunteer-powered group of Ouray School families and staff working together to support our kids, our classrooms, and our community, one mountain town at a time.

Who We Are

PATT is the parent-teacher organization for Ouray School, a unique PK–12 school in the heart of the San Juan Mountains. We exist to strengthen the connection between families, teachers, and the wider Ouray community, and to raise a little extra support for the things a school budget doesn't always cover.

Throughout the year, that looks like classroom grants, teacher appreciation, family events, and community fundraisers, like our brand-new Turkey Trot trail run. Every parent, guardian, teacher, and community member is automatically part of PATT. There's no membership fee, just a standing invitation to show up and pitch in when you can.
